General Policy

NO exchanges or returns/refunds on any final sale items

Exchanges or returns/refunds on regular sale items only within 5 days of receiving shipment

ALL FINAL SALE items are NON-REFUNDABLE

FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL perishable food items.

We allow 5 business days after a shipment has been received to contact us for questions about returns. YOU MUST contact us with your concerns AND receive a return authorization before returning any item. Please send pictures to support any damage claims.

  1. Email us about the problem and receive a return authorization (RA).

  2. Let us know if you are interested in exchanging or returning the item(s).

    • EXCHANGES

      • item must still have original tags attached AND be in unused/unworn condition. We inspect all items before shipping out.

      • you must send the items to our returns address and send us the tracking information before picking your replacement item.

      • the replacement item must be of equal value or you must pay the difference for items more valuable.

      • once you pick your new item, we will ship it using the least costly shipping method.

    • RETURNS

      • item must still have original tags attached AND be in unused/unworn condition.

      • you must send the items to our returns address and send us the tracking information before your refund is issued.

      • refund will be issued via store credit OR payment method used during checkout, depending on the nature of the return.

  3. Upon receiving RA, following the directions for an exchange or return.

    • You are responsible for return shipping (if you are exchanging/getting an item replaced we will take care of the new shipment to you at no extra cost).

  4. For exchanges, you will receive an email with tracking information when your replacement item has shipped.

  5. For returns, once we receive tracking we will begin processing your return. For returns via store credit, you will receive a coupon code for the amount spent within 3-5 business days. For returns via payment method used, please allow up to 7 business days for your bank to show the return amount has been received.
